It's the end of February and I'm well on my way to my half marathon training. I was due a 6 or more mile long run by this week. Since I have a small 5K race this Saturday I knew that day couldn't be my long run so I did it today.
I ran 6.5 miles today!!
AND
it felt great. It was one of those days that running just goes well and everything about it feels right.
Next week is 7 miles and I hope I can report great news that time as well.
