Week 27 of 2014

Goals for Week 27 of 2014:   Try to run 3 times.  Swim once, bike at least once of 10 miles or more.  Need to eat better this week.  I was really naughty in week 26 with eating poorly.  Back to healthy eating and everything for week 27.

Monday:  Ran 3.03 miles, Taught Sculpt
Tuesday:  Biked 6.13 miles, taught sculpt, ran/walked 1.60 miles, ran 3.10 miles
Thursday:walked/ran 2.0 miles
Friday:walked 2.0 miles
Saturday:  ran 7.37 miles

Ran 17.10 miles
Biked 6.13 miles
3 Sculpt classes

Good for week 27:  Ran 4 times. Ate pretty healthy, still need to be better.
Bad for week 27:  Didn't swim at all, didn't bike more than 10 miles.
