Monday: Body Sculpt, Zumba class, Ran 3.02 miles with Alyssa Swam around 350 yards, maybe more. It was in a lake some I didn't measure.
Tuesday: lots of walking and hiking
Wednesday: Ran 3.25 miles
Thursday: Ran 4.26 miles
Friday: lots of walking/hiking
Saturday: Ran 3.10 miles with Alyssa in a race.
Sunday: absolutely nothing!

Good for week 30: ran 4 times, taught Zumba for the first time in a while and it went well. Swam once in a lake. I did survive Girl's camp and I did exercise while there, lots of walking, hiking, running.
Bad for week 30: Didn't bike outside. I was at Girl's camp all week, so that kind of did it right there. I didn't have a place to bike or my bike with me.
