week 29 of 2014

Goals for Week 29 were these:  Run 4 or more times.  Long run of 8 or more.  Swim once, Bike at least once of 10 or more miles.  Teach all scheduled classes, find a Yoga class and take it.  Stretch more.  Eat well.

Monday :  1.3 mile run, Body Sculpt class, biked 4 miles with my son.  Ran/walked 2.06 miles with my daughter.
Tuesday: 1.35 miles running. Sculpt class
Wednesday:  Sculpt class, 20.55 mile bike ride  14.9 m.p.h. average speed.  29 m.p.h. high.  1 hour 22 minutes.  3.03 mile run with Alyssa.
Thursday: Sculpt class
Friday:  Ran 2.50 miles
Saturday:  Ran 4.11 miles, Body Step class
Sunday: Rest

Totals for week 29:
4 Sculpt classes
1 step class
14.35 miles running
24.55 miles biking.

Good for week 29:  I ran 6 separate times.  I biked at least 10 miles or more.  I taught all my scheduled classes. I ate healthy all week.  I did stretch a lot.
Bad for week 29:  I didn't swim once.  I didn't do yoga at all.  I didn't do a long run of 8 or more.
