Goals for week 28 were these: Run 4 times, bike once of 10 miles or more, swim once. Teach all scheduled classes.
Here is how the week 28 of 2014 actually went:
Monday: Sculpt class, ran/walked 2 miles
Tuesday: Sculpt class, ran/walked 3.25 miles
Wednesday: Before work ran a fast 3.03 miles then taught sculpt class, After work biked 19.04 miles in 1:14:34, High speed 32.6, average speed 15.2 m.p.h.
Thursday:ran/walked 2 miles
Friday: Swam 800 yards, legs and ab workout.
Saturday: Ran 6.2 miles in race. 94% humidity. Got eaten alive by mosquitoes. Need to learn how to run in heat so I don't feel like I'm going to die.
Sunday: planning a long walk, will update later.

Good things about Week 28: I met all of my set goals
Bad things about Week 28: I really could have ran more on Saturday, but it rained most of the evening when I had another chance and so I didn't.

Goals for Week 29: Run 4 or more times. Long run of 8 or more. Swim once, Bike at least once of 10 or more miles. Teach all scheduled classes, find a Yoga class and take it. Stretch more. Eat well.
