Week 28 of training for 2015

Monday:  Ran 5 miles, bike 6 miles, Sculpt class, walked .5 mile
Tuesday: Ran 1.20 miles, biked 8.80 miles, Sculpt class, Les Mills Body Flow, walked .5 mile
Wednesday:Ran 6.29 miles, Sculpt, walked .5 mile
Thursday: Ran 7.05 miles, Sculpt, walked .5 mile
Friday:Ran 2 miles, Vinyasa Yoga, walked .5 mile
Saturday:Ran 14 miles, walked .5 mile (7 miles ran in the early morning in dry weather, 7 miles in later morning in rain)
Sunday:15.10 mile bike ride

Walked 3 miles

This week I didn't swim at all, not sure why I didn't fit it in.  I do make up for that in the next week.  I did do two different types of Yoga classes!
