Week 29 of training for 2015

Monday:  Les Mills Body Flow,  Swam 1000 yards, ran 3.05 miles, Sculpt, walked .5
Tuesday:Ran 5 miles, Sculpt, walked .5
Wednesday:Ran 3.5 miles, Swam 3600 yards, Sculpt, walked .5
Thursday:Biked 7.10 miles, Sculpt, walked .5
Friday:Rest, walked .5
Saturday: 26.27 miles running
Sunday: Rest, Stretching,  foam rolling

Ran a marathon at Midnight Friday night into Saturday morning.   It was super difficult and took everything in me to complete because it was sooooo hot outside and I was extremely tired.
