Friday:  Ran 3.05 miles, Swam 2000 yards, walked .5 mile
Saturday:  Ran 5.05 miles, Swam 800 yards
Sunday: Biked 12.21 miles

Didn't do a whole lot this week since I just ran a marathon last Saturday.  I rested a lot.
