Tuesday:Sculpt class, biked 8.10 miles, walked .5 miles
Wednesday:Ran 5.10 miles, Sculpt class, walked .5 miles
Thursday:Ran 3.05 miles, Swam 1500 yards, walked .5 miles, Sculpt class
Friday:Les Mills Body Flow class
Saturday:Ran 13.20 miles, walked at least a mile
Sunday:Biked 11.05 miles
