Week 24 of 2015 training

Monday: Les Mills Body Flow class, Swam 750 yards, Ran .5 mile walked 1 mile, Sculpt class
Tuesday: Sculpt X's 2, walked .5 miles
Wednesday:  Biked 10.58 miles, ran 1.50 miles, walked 1.75 miles, Sculpt class
Thursday:Swam 1000 yards, sculpt class, ran .62 miles, walked 1/2 mile
Friday:Rest, walked 1/2 mile
Saturday: 4000 yards swam! 5.50 miles ran, 20.19 miles biked
Sunday:  Biked 13.05 miles,walked and rested!

A lot of resting from running.  A great week.  Yesterdays run finally felt great since the marathon.  Ready to jump back into a running schedule this next week!
