Week 25 of 2015 training

Monday:  Sculpt, Ran 3.42, walked 1/2 mile
Tuesday:  Sculpt, Swam 1100 yards, Les Mills Body Flow class, Ran 2.14 miles, walked .5 mile
Wednesday:  Ran 8.17 miles, Sculpt, walked .5 mile
Thursday: Sculpt, 4.10 miles running, walked .5 mile
Friday:  Swam 600 yards Les Mills Body Flow class, walked .5 mile
Saturday:Swam 600 yards, Biked 15 miles, Ran 3.10, then later on in the day ran 3.03 miles
Sunday:Biked 7.35 miles
