Monday:  Swam 900 Yards, Sculpt class, Stability ball class, walked .5 mile
Tuesday:Swam 2000 yards, Les Mills Body Flow class, walked .5 mile
Wednesday:Stability ball class, Ran 10 miles, walked .5 mile
Thursday:Biked 12.10 miles, Ran 3 miles, Body Sculpt class, walked .5 mile
Friday :Les Mills Body Flow class, swam 500 yards, Ran 1.5 miles, walked 2 miles.
Saturday:  Ran 13.02 miles
Sunday:  Rest
