Friday:4.50 miles. (3.30 in Lincoln, NE and 1.20 at summit rest area near Laramie, WY)
Saturday:6.70 miles ran. (4.53 miles in Elk Ridge, Utah then 2.17 miles ran with Jason in Springlake, UT)
