Monday:  Ran 10.55 miles, Yoga, Sculpt class, walked .5 miles
Tuesday:Sculpt, Yoga, Ran 2.04 miles,walked .5 miles
Wednesday:Biked 7.58 miles, Ran with Tyler 6.07 miles, Swam 2000 yards,walked .5 miles
Thursday:Ran 1.04 miles, Sculpt,walked .5 miles
Friday: Rest, walked .5 miles
Saturday:  Ran 26.37 miles in Paavo Nurmi Marathon
Sunday: Stretch, rest, nap, walk

Didn't bike or swim much this week.  Ran a marathon on Saturday in Wisconsin.  It went well but was extremely hilly, hot and humid and was very hard for me.  Still finished strong!
