Week 35 of training for 2015

Monday :Les Mills Body Flow class, Sculpt class, walked .5 mile
Tuesday : 10.03 miles running-10:34 mile pace, swam 1100 yards, Sculpt class, Les Mills Body Flow, walked .5 mile
Wednesday:Ran 1.03 miles, Sculpt class, walked .5 mile
Thursday:Swam 1200 yards, Sculpt class, Ran 3.57 miles, walked 1 mile
Friday:Swam at hotel, walked .5 miles
Saturday:  Ran 26.42 miles, water walking, some swimming, walked 2 miles
Sunday: Biked 3 miles

Swam: 2300 yards and more in the hotel swimming pool unmeasured.
Ran:41.05 miles

2 Les Mills Body Flow classes

Good and bad things this week:  Made time for 2 yoga classes, ran a lot.  Finished my 7th marathon in my 7th state and it went mostly well.  Good that I finished strong, bad that I missed my PR by 4 minutes.  Need to have More biking - seriously and be more consistent with fitting it in the workout schedule.
