Week 52 of training

Monday: Les Mills Body Flow class, walked .5 mile
Tuesday:Ran 6.2 miles, 20 minutes cross fit,  Swam 1000 yards, walked .5 mile. Sculpt class
Wednesday:Ran 3.65 miles, Swam 1400 yards, walked .5 mile, Sculpt class
Thursday: Ran 8.04 miles, walked .5 mile
Friday:Ran 2 miles
Saturday:Ran 21.06 miles, walked .5 mile
Sunday: Rest, foam rolling, stretching.

A great week, except I didn't fit in any biking.  I need to work on doing that each week.  I did get a long run in so I feel prepared to do my next marathon in 2 weeks in Mississippi.  I would like to run 17.21 miles in the next 4 days so I can officially beat last year's running total by 600 miles.
